she shares some of the things that her made her one the successful artists on eBay today.

The old Ebay....this worked for me...
1.I listed 2 non-Feature Plus smaller auctions 8x10-11x14 starting at 9.99 with no reserve,
2.I listed 2 paintings larger 12x36 or 24x30 starting at 9.99 but with a reserve of $190 and the
reserve is revealed in the description.
3.I also had other paintings in my store
I did it this way so there would be a painting for everyone in different sizes and prices. This
encouraged high multiple bids.
The "new" Ebay....this is what I will be trying after the 4th of July is over
1.Listing 3 smaller than before Feature Plus paintings a week (16x20 and 12x24) starting them at
9.99 but having reserves of $95, or $190 if I throw on one larger or one with more detailed in
composition thus taking more time. I will reveal the reserve in the description.
2. Really put more emphasis on my store and offer a lot more paintings in different price points. I
will have my largest paintings in there for $725 to small 5x5 acrylic for $39.50. (Before my break I
had smaller paintings 8x8/$65 and 5x5/$39.50, these flew out of my store when I had auctions
running) My goal is for the Feature Plus to drive people to my store.
3.Of the 3 Feature Plus paintings I will offer a week they will include 3 different subject matters
and styles (I am adding some impressionist oils) therefore using as many relative different
keywords and with 3 different subject matters, hopefully bringing in different group of people to
my auctions/stores every week.
4. This has always worked well. I will put a "batch" of paintings for sale a week. I take a group
photo of all of them and make sure it is prominent in my listing. That way if someone clicks on the
listing they will see all my offerings in one shot and it increases the traffic to my other auctions
and stores tremendously!!
We will see if this new strategy works or if it flops and I fall on my face. If it flops, I will adjust and
move on...
